Shipping & Returns Policy

The term used below "we" and "company" are refering to "VGO SPORTS" else it is indicate otherwise.

Shipping

Local

All local order will be shipped using local courier service. Please expect 3 to 5 working days for the delivery of item. Waybill will be given once shipped out. You can find your waybill under "My Account" section.

International

All international order will be shipped using courier service. Please expect 5 to 7 working days for the delivery. Item may subject to custom clearance delay or tax. Buyer is fully responsible on their local customs rule and regulation. Please check with your local customs officer before placing order.Waybill will be given once shipped out. You can find your waybill under "My Account" section.

Returns

Before dispatching any order, under normal circumstance we will check the item before shipping it out. This is to ensure our customer will not receive defective or wrong item.

However, if you are not statisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) to the warehouse for an exchange for the same item. Returns must be done within 7 days of receipt, un-used with tags still on, in the original brand packaging (if applicable) and only aplicable to the following conditions:

• Item that you received is not the actual item that you ordered. (within 7 days only).
  • Wrong size
  • Wrong colour
  • Wrong item
• Item that you received is not in good condition anymore. (within 7 days only).
  

  • Spoilt upon received due to manufacturing faulty only. You may create return request under "My account" section. Please ensure that the item is spoilt not due to wear and tear or personal neglect ion, else we will not entertain it. Please send back to us the faulty item and after examine if it is confirm manufacturing faulty, we will replace a new one. Please allow some processing time.

  • Spoilt upon received due to delivery. The fault lies on the delivery company. We have to fail a claim to the courier company, this will take some time and subjected to the courier company's approval.

All these return shall be done within 7 days of receipt. If fail to follow, VGO SPORTS has the right not to attent to your request.
